About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and approachable individual who is eager to learn and grow with our brand. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and showcasing our luxurious fragrances and products. If you have a passion for fragrance and a desire to work in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized customer service, ensuring that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience
  • Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make informed product recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and fragrance trends, sharing your knowledge with customers and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store events to create an engaging and immersive customer experience
