Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sodexo. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling products to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Sell products to customers and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stock Management: Effectively communicate with your line supervisor regarding stock management, including receiving deliveries, restocking the shop, and rotating goods.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and adapt to changing situations in the store.
- Initiative and Problem-Solving: Take the initiative to support deals, discounts, and loyalty programs, and have the capacity and self-assurance to challenge customers who appear younger than 25 when they try to purchase restricted items.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Carry out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store and facilities.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent product knowledge and services across the store, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Be adaptable in different situations and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital Literacy: Good level of proficiency with digital tools and applications.
- Team Player: Recognize customers' needs and see the potential for relevant sales, and be willing to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
