Job Summary:

Heron Foods is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to lead our store team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a high-performing store environment, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment that meets company standards.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage labor costs, and maintain a positive store culture.
  • Identify and address any operational issues, including customer complaints and employee concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor, Duty Manager, or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and achieving sales targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
