Heron Foods is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to lead our store team in Northenden, Greater Manchester. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and profitability.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ensure store conditions are maintained to the highest standard, including cleanliness and merchandising.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor, Duty Manager, or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment.
