About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Deputy Director for Quality. This role will involve providing professional leadership to the nursing team, driving change and empowering senior nurses to develop and utilize clinical leadership skills.

The successful candidate will have extensive senior nursing and managerial experience within an acute Trust, as well as a strong understanding of current NHS policy and the ability to interpret and implement it in practice.

Key responsibilities will include developing clinical teams, working with national programmes and initiatives, and managing large-scale change successfully.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate high levels of autonomy and decision-making, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Qualifications and Experience
  • Extensive senior nursing and managerial experience within an acute Trust
  • Strong understanding of current NHS policy and ability to interpret and implement it in practice

  • High levels of autonomy and decision-making
