About the Role:This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of skill, patience, and understanding. You will work closely with our clients and their families to provide personalized care and support, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex health needs, including those with spinal injuries.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers and mobility aids.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
- 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience.
- NVQ Level 3 related subjects.
- NVQ Level 4 related subjects.
- Nursery nurse qualifications or similar.
- Diploma in relevant health/social subject.
- Commitment to delivering client-specific care.
- Adaptable and professional approach to support client and family members.
