About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Claimont Health LTD. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care to clients with spinal injury and complex health needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the Complex Care Lead Nurse
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

  • 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience
  • NVQ Level 3 related subjects
  • NVQ Level 4 related subjects
  • Nursery nurse qualifications or similar
  • Diploma in relevant health/social subject
  • Commitment to delivering client-specific care
  • Adaptable and professional approach to support client and family members
