About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Assistant to join our team at Claimont Health LTD. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients who require complex health needs in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care to clients with spinal injuries and complex health needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with skills such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and ventilation management
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience
  • NVQ Level 3 related subjects or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and/or as part of a team across multiple areas
