This role presents an exciting opportunity for a Night Nurse Coordinator RMN to work in a leading mental health hospital based in the Springfield, Essex area.

As a Night Nurse Coordinator, you will work with one of the UK's top healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care to patients with acute mental health problems.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse RMN with a current active NMC Pin and a strong background in nursing leadership.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the needs of patients are assessed, developing and delivering care programs, and collaborating with Charge Nurses to evaluate care offered by nursing staff.

You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, leading by example, and providing direction to nursing staff.

Additionally, you will assist in the professional guidance and clinical development of night nursing staff and liaise with Charge Nurses to maintain safe staffing levels.

Preferred skills and experience include experience in a Deputy Manager/senior nurse role, a good working knowledge of the Mental Health Act, and experience working in multiple clinical areas.

The successful Night Nurse Coordinator will receive an excellent salary of £39,000 per annum DOE and a range of benefits including free on-site parking, subsidised meals, and access to development opportunities.
