Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage documentation with precision and in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry and credit control tasks with accuracy.
  • Follow up on subjectivities and ensure compliance with company and group policies.
  • Meet agreed performance targets and deadlines.
  • Lead assigned projects and supply to other team projects as needed.
  • Stay informed of regulatory and legal changes that impact the role.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to urgent issues.
  • Interpret and implement instructions and issues in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Business Units.
  • Handle client renewals and mid-term adjustments.
  • Remain up-to-date with industry, legal, and regulatory developments.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of undertaking and demonstrating competence in technical training as required by industry regulations.
  • Prior experience in insurance or a customer-facing environment is preferred.
  • GCSE's (or equivalent) including English and Maths essential.
