Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to comprehend project needs and formulate project strategies, schedules, and financial plans
  • Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to meet project objectives, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork
  • Oversee project resources, including task assignment and prioritization, progress tracking, and conflict resolution
  • Track project advancement and ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
  • Recognize and alleviate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to lessen their effect on project outcomes
  • Deliver regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including clients and upper management
  • Guarantee the prompt and precise completion of project outputs, meeting or surpassing client expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the software development or IT sector
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering software projects within established timelines and budgets
  • Strong understanding and experience with project management methodologies, tools, and practices
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to adjust to evolving project demands and priorities
  • PMP certification is advantageous
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is highly preferred
