Our client is a global software company providing innovative solutions in data management, analysis, and business automation. Due to ongoing success, they're seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join their dynamic consulting team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate the activities of a project team, supporting the successful delivery of high-quality projects (on-time, within budget and scope)
  • Develop and refine project plans and report on project status
  • Communicate technical details and requirements with the project team and serve as a liaison between the management and the project teams
  • Ensure regular, timely communication occurs between project team and stakeholders, and proactive escalation of project issues and risks
  • Provide input to develop Statements of Work (SOW) with assistance and involvement of the Project Manager or Sponsor
  • Help identify deficiencies in processes and procedures that impede the smooth delivery of projects
  • Promote PM best practices throughout all stages of the project and within and beyond your own department/team(s)
  • Lead process improvement activities that significantly improve delivery of projects
  • Discover, monitor and mitigate project risks using appropriate risk management practices
  • Collaborate with other Project Coordinators, PMs, Sponsors and resource managers to resolve any resource or priority conflicts
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as directed by management.

**Requirements:**

  • Must have experience working in a Software company
  • Experience coordinating enterprise software implementation projects
  • Relevant Project Management certification (APM/ PRINCE2/ PMI/ CSM)
  • Adept at managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Working knowledge of JIRA and MS Excel
  • Working on cutting-edge project within Data and Software
