Immigration Legal Assistant

Ryder Reid Legal is in search of an Immigration Legal Assistant to become a vital part of a comprehensive legal practice based in London.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with another Legal Assistant within the department, offering assistance to the Immigration Partner on a variety of corporate and personal immigration issues.
Key responsibilities will encompass:
- Processing immigration petitions, including startup, skilled worker, EU settlement scheme, and British citizenship applications
- Composing legal representations
- Engaging with UK Visas and Immigration
- Preparing documentation for immigration appeals
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as electronic and physical filing
- Providing support to the Employment team on an as-needed basis
To qualify, applicants should possess a law degree and ideally have a minimum of two years of relevant immigration experience. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm and possess excellent communication abilities.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a small, collaborative team and acquire substantial immigration expertise. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for four days in the office and one day working remotely.
