Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous payroll experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing payroll, ordering supplies, and preparing reports for various agencies, as well as performing general administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare payroll and ensure timely payment to staff
- Order and manage supplies and equipment
- Prepare reports for various agencies and stakeholders
- Perform general administration duties, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Suitable qualifications in Maths and English
- Previous experience in handling money and payroll
