What You Will Be Doing- Providing exceptional customer service to our residents, their families, and visitors
- Managing the reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Assisting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager with administrative tasks, including diary management, meeting coordination, and data entry
- Coordinating the duty rota and liaising with bank and agency staff as needed
- Sorting and distributing mail, and maintaining accurate records of resident documentation
- Supporting the recruitment process, including preparing paperwork and documentation
- Providing financial invoicing and information to clients, and chasing late payments
- Processing Social Services Assessment forms and invoicing
- Preparing and submitting data relating to petty cash and wages totals
- Matching supplier invoices and delivery notes, and obtaining authorization for payment
- Providing an efficient telephone and reception service to the general public and relatives/visitors
- Attending training courses and sessions as required
- Maintaining client, staff, and business confidentiality at all times
