What You Will Be Doing
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our residents, their families, and visitors
  • Managing the reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  • Assisting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager with administrative tasks, including diary management, meeting coordination, and data entry
  • Coordinating the duty rota and liaising with bank and agency staff as needed
  • Sorting and distributing mail, and maintaining accurate records of resident documentation
  • Supporting the recruitment process, including preparing paperwork and documentation
  • Providing financial invoicing and information to clients, and chasing late payments
  • Processing Social Services Assessment forms and invoicing
  • Preparing and submitting data relating to petty cash and wages totals
  • Matching supplier invoices and delivery notes, and obtaining authorization for payment
  • Providing an efficient telephone and reception service to the general public and relatives/visitors
  • Attending training courses and sessions as required
  • Maintaining client, staff, and business confidentiality at all times
