As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional reception and administrative support, ensuring seamless communication with residents, families, and external partners.
  • Managing correspondence, telephone enquiries, and reception duties, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
  • Supporting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering corporate objectives, administration tasks, and diary management.
  • Coordinating the duty rota, liaising with Bank and Agency staff, and ensuring efficient mail distribution.
  • Assisting with recruitment, maintaining accurate records, and providing financial invoicing and information to clients.
  • Processing Social Services Assessment forms, invoices, and liaising with the Finance department.
  • Preparing and submitting management information, petty cash, and wages totals monthly.
  • Matching supplier invoices, obtaining authorisation, and referring to the Home Manager as needed.
  • Providing a welcoming and professional telephone and reception service to the public and relatives.
  • Maintaining client, staff, and business confidentiality at all times.
  • Preparing and maintaining stationery orders, stock, and records.
