What You Will Be Doing
  • Providing administrative support to the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, including diary management and preparation of meetings.
  • Coordinating the duty rota and liaising with Bank and Agency staff as required.
  • Sorting and distributing mail, and maintaining accurate records of residents' documentation.
  • Supporting the recruitment process, including preparing paperwork and documentation.
  • Processing Social Services Assessment forms and invoicing.
  • Providing an efficient telephone and reception service to the general public and relatives/visitors.
  • Attending training courses and sessions as required.
  • Maintaining client, staff, and business confidentiality at all times.
