About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lettings Consultant to join our team at Rectools Limited. As a Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that each property in our portfolio is perfectly positioned to attract the right tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listing and Marketing Properties: You will ensure that each property is accurately listed and marketed to attract the right tenants.
  • Ensuring Properties Are Ready for Move-In: You will ensure that every property is compliant and in tip-top shape for new tenants to move in smoothly.
  • Handling Enquiries & Viewings: You will guide potential tenants through every step of the journey, from the first phone call to handing over the keys.
  • Managing Offers & Applications: You will manage the lettings progression, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork.
  • Working Alongside Our Lettings Manager: You will work closely with our experienced team to support you in your role and help you grow your skills and career.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will need to be clear, friendly, and professional when dealing with tenants, contractors, and team members.
  • A Passion for Customer Service: You will need to love going the extra mile to ensure that people are happy and understand the importance of a great tenant experience.
  • Organisational Prowess: You will need to be able to juggle multiple tasks at once and thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.
  • Lettings/Property Management Experience: Ideally, you will have at least two years of experience in the industry and know the ins and outs of lettings like the back of your hand.
  • A Full Driving Licence and Your Own Car: You will need to be able to travel to different properties for viewings and inspections.
