What we are looking for...

We are looking for individuals with high standards and an incredible work ethic to join our successful Estate Agency in Kidderminster. You will be keen to learn and develop your skills whilst also having a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

A hunger to succeed with a commitment to personal development are key characteristics required in order to succeed in this role.

Valuing experience in an Estate Agency environment is not necessary as training will be provided however some Agency experience is desired. A full clean driving licence is essential.

Day-to-day duties include:

- Prospecting
- Market appraisals
- Write and issue Market Consultation Reports
- Put on Market Appointments
- Property Write-Ups (where necessary)
- Troubleshoots
- Networking
- Video Tours

Salary is basic £25,000 plus commission and bonus OTE £35,000

Car Allowance £350 per month

Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00-17:00
Every other Saturday from 9am to 1pm worked with the following Friday afternoon off in lieu
