Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Front Office team to deliver excellent guest service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest feedback scores and increase revenue potential through upselling and promotions.
- Manage and oversee all groups and delayed flight arrivals, ensuring seamless administration and a positive guest experience.
- Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards of service and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
- Manage rotas, timesheets, and holiday entitlements, taking into account occupancy and large group movements.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and drive to maintain high standards of service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven experience of working in a similar position within a 4-star hotel, with a good working knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
- High standard of English, both written and spoken.
