Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Services Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at RF Recruitment Consultancy LTD. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building services, including electrical and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and operational requirements.
  • Provide technical and managerial support to engineers and maintenance team members.
  • Take responsibility for the maintenance and operation of electrical and HVAC services on campus.
  • Monitor the activities of outside contractors on campus.
  • Work with the management team to ensure the quality and improvement of maintenance services at all times.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with engineers and maintenance team members to discuss performance and provide feedback.

Requirements:

  • A technically competent M&E engineer with a time-served apprenticeship.
  • Ideal candidate will be mechanically biased but have multi-skilled building services maintenance experience.
  • Experience of leading a team of engineers on a daily basis.
  • Committed to the continual improvement of yourself and your team.
  • Legionella awareness and IOSH managing safely.
  • Experience and working knowledge of building regulations and health and safety.
  • A team player, looking for a long-term career within estates management.
