Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our hotel facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, security, and preservation of our assets. The Maintenance Supervisor will manage the maintenance budget, oversee capital projects, and implement preventative maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing maintenance requests in guest rooms, public areas, and service zones.
  • Conduct all mandatory inspections and preventive maintenance checks in plant rooms, guest accommodations, and communal spaces.
  • Perform general repairs across various systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire safety, carpentry, and plumbing, as well as aesthetic tasks such as painting and tiling.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within the designated timeframe, adhere to budget constraints, and comply with safety regulations.
  • Carry out routine inspections of the building, focusing on identifying and rectifying any safety hazards.
  • Adhere to fire safety protocols and health & safety policies.
  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks are documented accurately and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Manage the safe storage and usage of chemicals, ensuring compliance with COSHH regulations.
