Main Duties of the JobTo provide professional leadership for Psychological Professionals in the Trust, working closely with the Director of Therapies to develop strategic plans that enable the workforce to support the Trust's vision and deliver its strategic outcomes.
To support Divisional Leads in ensuring consistency of performance and working practice across clinical services, ensuring that therapy resources are deployed in the most effective way.
To provide visible, accessible professional and clinical leadership at corporate levels to support Trust aims, deputising for the Director of Therapies alongside the Trust Lead AHP.
Working for Our OrganisationThis post is an internal opportunity for an existing Divisional Psychology Lead. The post holder will represent the Trust in external meetings across the system and the region.
