Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Sysco Technology Team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a home-based position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and interpret business needs into clear and concise functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business users to ensure effective communication and translation of business needs.
  • Plan and manage small-scale change initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with business change opportunities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience in business process improvement and change management.
