Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Sysco Technology Team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a home-based position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and interpret business needs into clear and concise functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business users to ensure effective communication and translation of business needs into technical requirements.
- Plan and manage small-scale change initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with business change opportunities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive business growth.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in business process improvement and change management.
