Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Sysco Technology Team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a home-based position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and interpret business needs into clear and concise functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business users to ensure effective communication and translation of business needs into technical requirements.
  • Plan and manage small-scale change initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with business change opportunities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and interpretation in agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrable experience in communicating complex business needs to technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
