About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Fresh Direct. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering, documenting, and interpreting business needs into succinct and concise functional and non-functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
- Develop and maintain business process documentation and procedures
- Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement business process solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users on new business processes and systems

- Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement
