Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our International Finance Team at Tyson Foods. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the FP&A function and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the periodic reporting cycles (weekly, monthly) and support with the Quarterly business planning
  • Consolidate periodic results
  • Enhance financial reporting dashboards
  • Own the reporting models through PBI/Anaplan
  • Compose commentaries for business drivers to be shared with the ELT
  • Data loads and reconciliations between corporate systems for group submission

Accountabilities:

  • Accountability for SG&A reporting across the group
  • Function/Expense type analysis

Business Partnering:

  • Supporting go-live activities across multiple systems/platforms (Anaplan, Master Data Hierarchy development)
  • Business partner with global BUs, supporting the regional finance teams to deliver on targets and guide them through the routine reporting requirements

Continuous Improvement:

  • Developing and owning Data visualization across the business through insightful dashboards, KPIs and reporting
  • Continuous improvement. Identifying and delivering the ongoing change agenda and continuous improvement initiatives to keep finance ahead of the business' expansion and growth

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified accountant, ideally CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent is also considered
  • 1-2 years finance experience
  • Have previous knowledge of developing and implementing effective financial and performance reporting
  • Team player with exemplary interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under time constraints
  • High level of personal integrity
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills
  • Previous experience of developing PowerBI modelsDax coding experience is preferred
