Lead the Evolution of Customer Contact Solutions

Serco Limited is seeking a visionary leader to drive the development and continuous evolution of our cutting-edge customer contact solutions. As the Head of Product - Contact Centre, you will shape a best-in-class product used across Serco's divisions, helping us deliver exceptional customer service while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and roll-out a best-in-class contact centre product, leveraging industry trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with various Serco divisions to understand user and business needs, driving innovations and value delivery.
  • Position Serco as a thought leader in the contact centre and customer experience sectors, showcasing expertise in contact centre technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including technology, commercial, and senior leadership, to deliver successful solutions.
