Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring that patients are seen in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, including scheduling and rescheduling as needed.
  • Handle patient communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
Requirements
  • GCSE grade 9-4 (A-C) in English and Maths.
  • Experience of working within a team, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
