Shoppertainment Management is a leading provider of Mall Income Generation and Marketing Consultancy to the shopping centre industry. We also work with clients on PR, Creative and Digital Marketing, based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom.

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, client-focused, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing senior-level relationships, and delivering persuasive presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including exploring new markets and acquiring new clients.
  • Manage senior-level relationships and deliver persuasive presentations both over the phone and in person.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track progress, create sales forecasts, and manage client interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect new business, including cold outreach and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative, outside-the-box approach.
  • A confident and personable demeanor, capable of building rapport quickly with clients.

Requirements

  • Business development experience: 2 years (preferred)
