We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced receptionist to join our team at PMR on a 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility of extending this for a year or longer.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work night shifts, 4 on 4 off from 7pm to 7am, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors.
  • Manage the reception area, handling inquiries, and responding to requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a receptionist in hotels or residential buildings, with a strong background in customer service and communication.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
