We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Client Implementation Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive project management support to stakeholders in defining and executing large, complex projects or programme activities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all work streams with a high level of risk and impact.
- Provide project management support to stakeholders in establishing the operational model.
- Design and oversee the implementation plan for client onboarding onto a strategic platform and operating model.
- Develop project plans, identify and schedule project activities, and manage meetings.
- Execute the work plan to achieve project objectives as defined in the project definition statement.
- Monitor and control project performance, analyse variances, evaluate alternatives, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide guidance and motivation to team members, and ensure resources achieve project objectives.
- Proven expertise as a Project Manager within the financial services sector.
- Strong background in change initiatives, including operations, IT, and product development, with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex projects.
- Familiarity with Client Implementation processes, onboarding, and custody.
- Ability to translate strategic intent into tactical plans and directions.
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, particularly in project management within a functional business context.
