Devonshire is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Provide administrative support to include mail, couriers, meeting room set-ups, goods in, records, and administrative tasks.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy when recording data or financial information, whether electronically or in hard copy.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate a high level of customer service in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements:
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in reprographics, couriers, mailroom, porterage/logistics/goods is desired.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to an intermediate level.
- Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
