  • Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy when recording data or financial information, whether electronically or in hard copy.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a high level of customer service in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in reprographics, couriers, mailroom, porterage/logistics/goods is desired.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to an intermediate level.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
