**Job Description**:
Our client are a reputable installation and maintenance firm who specialise in providing high-quality services to residential and commercial clients. Dedicated to delivering exceptional results through efficient project management, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail they are looking for a likeminded **Contracts Coordinator** to join their team.
Working out of their new modern offices near Horsham, the** Contracts Coordinator** will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of live projects by managing contracts, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and maintaining accurate documentation.
The Role:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers regarding contract-related inquiries, amendments, and disputes.- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure a clear understanding of contract requirements.- Liaise with clients to gain engineer access.- Monitor contract performance and address any deviations or issues promptly.- Ensure all jobs are checked daily and update with works to be actioned or invoice once works are completed.- Log all call outs and requested works whether these a planned or reactive.The Person:

- Previous customer service / administration experience from an office environment. FM / Property experience ideal but not essential- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills- Adaptable communication skills, both written & verbalThe Package:

- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)- £26,000 - £27,500pa DOE- Company benefits: hybrid working pattern, 28 days holiday increasing by every year of service, company performance bonus, free parking & great public transport links, clear progression / development opportunities
