Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Support to work for a well-established FM service provider. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works in line with strict contract and company performance measures.
  • Providing dedicated support to the Contract Manager on all contracts and works matters.
  • Liaising with engineers and subcontractors to ensure high standards of work are maintained.
  • Managing invoices and ensuring compliance with client and company requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working in a challenging service and maintenance environment, with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety permit systems.

We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated £33,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
