Job Title: Contract Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Operations Coordinator to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing contracts, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily operations, including scheduling engineer diaries and all aspects of finance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating regular updates on work progress and addressing any queries or concerns
  • Collaborate with the Contract Manager to ensure seamless execution of contracts, meeting strict performance measures and service level agreements
  • Ensure accurate tracking and invoicing of works, ensuring transparency and compliance with company policies
  • Utilize CAFM system to schedule and manage reactive and PPM works, ensuring efficient and effective workflow management
  • Cultivate and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance operations and services offered
  • Provide exceptional support to the Contract Manager, facilitating smooth contract administration and issue resolution
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality services and effective communication of progress and issues
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, multitasking to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Proficiency in CAFM systems, specifically Concept
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Adept at working under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work overtime if required, ensuring seamless service delivery

Salary Range:

We offer a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
