**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Buckinghamshire Council. As a key member of our Finance Office, you will provide essential financial support and administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide whole-school financial support, utilizing various IT systems to ensure compliance with financial procedures

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, reports, and data

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

• Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve productivity and efficiency

• Provide exceptional customer service to our school community, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner

**Requirements**

• 2+ years of experience in administrative and financial roles, preferably in an educational setting

• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
