Are you a skilled Service Operations Supervisor seeking to elevate your career within a prestigious automotive brand? This role may be ideal for you. In this position, you will oversee and inspire our team of Technicians and Apprentices while effectively managing the daily operations of the workshop.

As a Service Operations Supervisor, you are vital to our organization and the Aftersales Division. Reporting to a supportive Aftersales Manager, you will receive continuous guidance to thrive in your position. You will also have the chance to participate in brand-specific training to refine your expertise within the luxury automotive sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the workshop, ensuring that service and repair technicians achieve their objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Service Manager to provide outstanding service to our clients while meeting profitability and customer retention targets. Your duties will include maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction through rigorous quality assurance.

  • Ensuring all service tasks are executed accurately, efficiently, and punctually
  • Cultivating relationships with vehicle manufacturers and offering technical assistance to Technicians
  • Adhering to company policies, DVSA regulations, health and safety standards, and OEM guidelines
  • Partnering with colleagues and other departments to deliver exceptional service
  • Organizing work schedules effectively to fulfill customer demands and workshop objectives
  • Supporting the team with technical challenges and preparing technical documentation

The ideal candidate will possess experience in the automotive sector, managing a team in a bustling Service/Workshop setting, along with an NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or an equivalent qualification. Familiarity with COSHH regulations, industry practices, and consumer rights legislation is essential. We welcome friendly, confident, and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset to apply. A valid UK driving license is required for this position.
