Your Role: Multi-Skilled Leisure Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Multi-Skilled Leisure Assistants to join our team at The Abbey Leisure Complex. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

What You'll Do:
  • Customer Experience: Provide a warm welcome to all customers, guide them through their visit, and address any queries they may have.
  • Leisure Operations: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness, set up and take down equipment for activities, and supervise the safety of our swimming pool environment.
  • Fitness & Fitness Classes: Supervise the gym/fitness centre, provide support and guidance on equipment, and lead fitness classes in line with our timetable requirements.
  • Teaching / Coaching: Deliver a minimum of 5 lessons or classes per week, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for all participants.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the facility and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
What We're Looking For:

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and have a genuine interest in health and fitness. Previous experience in a leisure or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
