We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced People Advisors to join our team at the University of Bradford. As a People Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to our faculty and directorate teams on employee relations, engagement, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality and consistent advice and coaching on people matters to managers, including employee relations, engagement, and well-being.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with senior managers, staff, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement innovative and creative people solutions and change management processes to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
- Conduct job evaluations and deliver internal training sessions and on-the-job training to individuals and groups on our people policies.
- Manage employment-related casework, including disciplinary and grievance processes, and provide a customer-focused people advisory service.
- CIPD qualification to a minimum of level 5 (or working towards level 5) or equivalent level of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information and build trust and respect with colleagues and customers.
- Proven track record of developing people policies and managing employment-related casework.
