Job Summary

Arcus FM is seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our team as Head of People Services. This is a key role that will drive change and growth within our organization, and we are looking for a talented individual to lead our People Services function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive People Services strategy aligned to our business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional service to our employees and managers.
  • Design and deliver process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR systems and processes to support our business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes and achieve our strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and legislation, including GDPR.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, with a track record of driving change and growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes, with the ability to design and implement improvements.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
