Position Overview

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join a prominent group specializing in construction, lettings, and property management. This dynamic organization is experiencing significant growth and requires additional support across its various brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquiry processing, including coordinating and scheduling appointments while accurately logging client information across multiple systems.
  • Provide comprehensive office support, which includes answering and directing phone calls, welcoming visitors, and setting up meeting rooms.
  • Oversee the meeting room hire service to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor office supply levels and manage reordering processes.
  • Assist in organizing company social events to foster team engagement.
  • Coordinate photographer site visits for ongoing and completed projects, as well as liaising with clients for testimonials and feedback.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of key suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Support the finance and HR teams with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Professional and courteous telephone communication skills.
  • Experience in the construction or lettings sectors is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £30,000, along with performance-based incentives, a discretionary bonus scheme, and various wellbeing benefits.
