Luggage Porter Concierge

The Langham, London; renowned as Europe's first Grand Hotel and a prestigious Forbes 5* rated establishment, is seeking a dedicated Luggage Porter to enhance our exceptional Concierge Department team. We are in search of a hospitality expert who embodies the essence of service excellence.

As a Luggage Porter, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the prompt delivery and collection of luggage for all guests arriving and departing
  • Ensuring efficient rooming for incoming guests while maintaining a high standard of service
  • Participating in door opening duties on a rotating schedule
  • Warmly greeting and bidding farewell to guests, while providing support in the Lobby area
  • Reporting any suspicious individuals or luggage to the concierge desk
  • Facilitating the delivery of messages and mail as instructed

  • Impeccable personal grooming and presentation
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to set a positive example
  • A valid driving license
