Our team is dedicated to delivering a high level of customer care and service, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Luggage Porter.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Luggage Porter who is passionate about providing excellent service and creating a positive experience for our guests. As a Luggage Porter, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, ensuring that they have a smooth and hassle-free experience during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests with a smile and offer assistance with their luggage.
  • Anticipate guests' service needs and proactively offer support to ensure their stay is enjoyable and stress-free.
  • Ensure that all luggage is handled with care and delivered to guests' rooms efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services and functions to provide guests with accurate information and assistance.
  • Deal with guests' issues and problems in a professional and courteous manner, using the LEARN model to resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and brand audit requirements.
  • Perform duties of a doorman in their absence, including delivering newspapers, express check-out folders, messages, and packages to guest rooms.

Requirements and Skills

  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills are essential.
  • A keen eye for detail and a positive attitude are required.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
  • A genuine passion for working in hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are required.
