Luggage Porter role:

As a Luggage Porter you will be a direct point of contact for guests in the lobby and work with the concierge team to provide any answers to questions they may have. Your tasks as a Luggage Porter will include but will not be limited to:

To deliver an exceptional service to our guests ensuring they have a pleasant and comfortable stay with us.

To be available for any guest questions or queries regarding hotel amenities, transportations, the locality etc.

To assist guests with their luggage and delivering it to their rooms as promptly as possible.

Run errands for guests and employees.

To handle all guest luggage, packages, and parcels with the utmost care and attention to detail.

To liaise closely with the concierge team and help where necessary.

To provide a genuine, attentive, friendly, positive and proactive service to our guests in order to reflect the Tajness.

Luggage Porter requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:

Good communication skills and an outgoing personality to converse with guests.

Attention to detail and a positive attitude to learn.

A clean, validUK/EU driverslicenceis desirable.

Know how to deliver exceptional guest service and how never to say No.
