Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced User Experience Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of retail media. The UX Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement user-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
    • Analyse user data and translate it into actionable design insights.
  • UX Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and communicate a clear UX strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Define and prioritize user experience goals and metrics.
    • Create UX roadmaps to guide product development.
  • Usability Testing and Iteration
    • Plan and conduct usability testing to gather user feedback on designs.
    • Establish and enforce UX design standards and best practices across projects.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Front-End websites / SaaS platforms and their associated standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve UX issues.
  • High attention to detail to ensure the quality and consistency of designs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
