Role Summary:
The User Experience Designer position is perfect for individuals who excel in dynamic startup environments and have a strong passion for user-centered design. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse teams, including product managers and engineers, to create user interfaces that are not only visually striking but also highly functional. Your contributions will significantly influence the design of products utilized by a global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to grasp user requirements and business goals.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability assessments, analyzing feedback to guide design choices.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and other UX documentation to steer the design process.
  • Ensure a unified and seamless user experience across all platforms.
  • Champion user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UX design, particularly in the fintech domain.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience as a User Experience Designer, ideally within fintech, payments, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design methodology, including wireframes, prototypes, and final outputs.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of clearly articulating design rationale.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing techniques.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus but not mandatory.
