Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the gene therapy space
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the gene therapy market, including trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, such as business, life sciences, or engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
