Holroyd Howe Hospitality Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our events and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and serve food and drinks to customers, clearing tables throughout the event.
  • Ensure clean furniture, dining tables, and chairs are available for guests and maintain a high level of presentation.
  • Prepare hospitality food and beverage requests in designated meeting spaces.
  • Work independently and take initiative over duties and tasks without supervision.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, serving guests with maximum speed and efficiency.
  • Work on licensed bars serving alcoholic beverages and use coffee machines.
  • Assist with ordering and deliveries as required.
  • Prepare all hospitality requirements, ensuring all items are available and reporting any issues to your line manager.
  • Count and pack away hired linen and equipment after events.
  • Leave hospitality rooms clean and tidy.
